Cancellation Policies
Cancellation + No Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at East Coast Glo. We reserve this time especially for you, and ask that you provide proper notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to clients on our waiting list. We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to work with you.
Cancellation Fees:
Less than 12 hours’ notice → 50% of the service amount will be charged.
Appointments booked within 24 hours and cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice → 50% of the service amount will be charged.
No-shows → 100% of the service amount will be charged.
Cancellations within 30 minutes of the appointment time → 100% of the service amount will be charged.
Please note that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. To avoid fees, confirm your times carefully. You are always welcome to call us if you are unsure of your booking details.
Late Arrival Policy
If you expect to be 5 minutes or more late, please call us at (732) 449-4336. Each service is scheduled with precision, and late arrivals can disrupt the remainder of the day’s appointments.
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to fit the remaining time while the full cost of the service will still apply.
If you are extremely late, we cannot guarantee that your service can be performed that day.
